These terms govern use of the Living Brand Portal provided by The Shadow Legacy, operated by Vanja Stojanović. Contact hello@theshadowlegacy.com.

Using the Portal

You must provide accurate account information, protect access links and credentials, and use the Portal only lawfully. You are responsible for users and content within your workspace.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, generate from, and deliver that content to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights required to submit it.

AI-generated material

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material produced for others. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. The Portal does not autonomously publish unless an authorized user requests a configured publishing action.

Connected services

Optional integrations with social platforms, Figma, and other services are also governed by those providers' terms. You authorize only the actions you initiate through configured connections.

Availability and termination

We may change or suspend the Portal for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Either party may end access as provided in the applicable client agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The Portal is provided without guarantees that every output will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be stated in the applicable client agreement until finalized here.
